  I want to first and foremost thank my counsellor Jared Ardern for his counselling skills and experience. Very professional and exceptional service. This is very hard to write a thank you that would be enough to express how truly grateful I am for receiving the help I have received after a year of counselling support from counsellor Jared Ardern. The greatest work I could've ever done for myself has been done through counselling and has helped me acquire skills and knowledge sufficient enough that I feel I can still great things in my life. So thank you Jared. Thank you for your profession and your skills!

  Would 100% recommend our counsellor Dr Jared.
  
  He has an awesome approach, specially to marriage couselling.
  One of the few cousellors around that actually help and makes you feel comfortable in every session we've had.
  
  One of the best decisons we've made is to seek help with our marriage from Dr Jared.
  
  Cannot stress enough, if you are having marital/communication or general problems, Go see Jared!
  
  He has been our Obi-Wan Kenobi

  Amazing experience as a couple to understand how we both work. We have been able to learn so much about our marriage. We have had some emotional moments throughout this process and so this service has given us the chance to love again and to heal. It has brought the best out of ourselves individually. Jared is amazing and just from our first session he gave you that vibe that we were going to grow so much from this. He made us feel comfortable and assured us that we weren't any different from a lot of others he had helped. We have only gone up from here in just a few sessions and We can't wait to learn more.

  Dr. Dan has really really helped me out in the past. He's amazing listener (and not because he has to) and has amazing coping strategies to help with anything a person is struggling with. I highly recommend not only the practice, but Dr. Dan.

  Jared is really intuitive, friendly, accommodating and very good at understanding all perspectives. There is no judgement and we always feel comfortable.
